Wedding Venues 2016

I have recently started to put plans and ideas together for my 2016 weddings, doing a bit of research into the 2016 wedding venues and locations to help inspire some beautiful shots. I am very lucky this year that my work is taking me on a few trips across seas and around beautiful parts of the UK too, so I thought I would share a few of them with you.

As a reportage wedding photographer a lot of what I capture comes naturally but as every wedding is different. I do need to plan as much as possible to ensure the day runs smoothly and I don’t miss a thing. Researching the venue is one of the first things I do, this allows me to begin problem solving before a problem occurs. For example a venue may be a beautiful older building but might be slightly darker inside. So I need to plan how best to get the shot before the big day. It also allows me to begin planning for the couples shots, the groups shots and how the day might flow.

You can see from these beautiful venues how different my job can be from one wedding to another.
