The most important part of my job is to capture the images that portray you and your loved one as naturally as possible, telling the story of your wedding day and the individual personalities within it. The best wedding photos are the most natural, caught unaware, expressing real emotion and laughter. My documentary style of photography embraces this, by working in the background I am able to document real moments, show off your personalities and capture all of the fun and happiness from your big day.
I know that having your photo taken can sometimes feel daunting, so I focus on getting you to have fun and relax (usually by being a little silly myself). I don’t do any forced posing and definitely none of that ‘look at the camera’ stuff, instead I create a situation or fun exercise for you to do and then let things unfold in front of the camera. I want the moments I capture to happen organically and create the laughter and hilarity that I always grave in my photography.
My work has taken me all over the UK and abroad (I’m very lucky) and I love working with new venues and locations, especially destination weddings. If your wedding ticks any boxes on my bucket list I will give you a great offer you can’t refuse.
