Greenwich Wedding on the Thames

A relaxed celebration by the river

When Jenny & James got in touch about their Greenwich wedding on the Thames I was so excited hear about the location and venues they had booked. It was clear from the start that they wanted a relaxed and intimate celebration in the area of London they know & love.

The day started at Enderby House, a very modern and chic pub restaurant in Greenwhich, sat beside a river pathway with goregouse views of the Thames. This was the location for their simple yet beautiful ceremony. A ceremony afficiated by Jenny’s brother while close friends & family surrounded them on the private roof top.

After lots of heartfelt and emotional speeches during the meal the entire wedding party set off on foot down the Thames to the wedding reception at The Old Brewery. A characterful building inside and out, positioned next to the Cutty Sark with even more stunning views of the city across the water.

The party began, even more food came out and then the most beautiful sunset unfolded across the Thames. This was my favourite part of the day, the streets were quieter and the river side path was glowing from the setting sun. I got some of my favourite photos of the year right here!
