Beach Elopement
A beautiful British beach elopement inspiration shoot
I’m so excited to finally share this stunning beach elopement shoot with you on my blog. This styled shoot had been on the cards for a while and we finally got our chance to head down to Worthing in September to make the most of summer sun we had left. We had an incredible, all female team of wedding suppliers on this shoot that worked really hard to bring the vision to life. Make sure you read all the way to the end of the blog for a full list of the suppliers involved.
I wanted to create a shoot that not only inspired couples to try new things and look to the coast as a possible wedding location but to give couples a wider view of what eloping could be like. It doesn’t have to be a quick trip to the registry office it can be a whole day of fun, creating memories that are just as special and just as memorable as any large full day wedding celebration.
We started the day at a quirky little Airbnb in Worthing town where our beautiful couple got ready. We started with hair & makeup while our stylist, balloon specialist & co-ordinator were already on the beach setting up for our arrival.
At a secluded spot on the beach our wedding stylist had created the most beautiful table for two with plenty of cushions and blankets laid around for comfort. Our couple had champagne & cake together in the sun with a stunning view of the sea.
We also included an incredible balloon installation around one of Worthings many white beach huts, just a stones throw away from our table set up. This fun little photo spot tied in those stunning muted tones and hints of peach that were present in the flowers table decor.
I love adding fun & excitement into the couple photos at every wedding, giving couples the opportunity to create even more memories on your big day. This shoot was no different and we certainly managed to fit a lot in!
From popping open the champagne in style, walking on walls, balancing on beach beams and of course getting in the sea! There was plenty going on and a lot epic moments to capture.
Here is a little more of that…
There is so much to see in this shoot and so much to inspire you for your own wedding day. You don’t have to be buy the beach to go crazy with balloons or pop open the champagne. Equally you can get some really unique photos if you choose t get married by the coast.
For couples who have considered eloping I hope this inspires you to make the most of it, you can do whatever you want together and remember you have a whole day to fill!
